Two ways to remove a watermark
Brush mode lets you paint precisely over the watermark — best for logos sitting on busy backgrounds. Automatic/watermark mode detects semi-transparent marks across the image — best for repeated or full-frame watermarks. For heavy or textured marks, brush the area generously and run it twice.
Tips for clean, natural results
Cover the whole mark plus a small margin, keep edges away from important details, and prefer simpler backgrounds (sky, walls, gradients) which rebuild perfectly. On complex textures, remove in small passes rather than one large selection to avoid smearing.
A note on rights
Only remove watermarks from images you own or have permission to edit. Stripping a watermark does not grant usage rights to someone else's photo. For your own supplier or product shots, it is a legitimate cleanup step.
Step-by-step

Upload the image
Open the watermark remover and upload your JPG, PNG, or WebP.

Refine if needed
For leftover traces, brush the spot again and re-run, or switch tools for heavier marks.
- 5
Download
Export the clean high-resolution PNG for your listing or post.
Frequently asked questions
Can AI remove any watermark?
Most semi-transparent and logo watermarks come out cleanly, especially on simple backgrounds. Very large or textured marks may need two passes.
Does it reduce image quality?
Only the edited region is rebuilt; the rest stays at original resolution. Output is high-resolution PNG.
Brush or automatic mode — which?
Brush for a single logo on a detailed background; automatic for repeated or full-frame watermarks.
Can I remove objects too?
Yes — the same inpainting works for unwanted objects, passers-by, or blemishes.
Is removing watermarks legal?
Only for images you own or are licensed to edit. It does not grant rights to others' content.
Can I remove video watermarks?
Yes, with a dedicated video tool that inpaints across frames and can also translate subtitles.
